First download JWP apk app (you can google it up)
Goto your phone APN settings and configure it as below.....

APN: etisalat
PROXY SERVER: 127.0.0.1
PROXY PORT: 3128

Now open the JWP app you downloaded or the one on your phone if you have already and set it up as follows....
HOST: 92.189.9.38
PORT: 3128
INJECTION HOST: twitter.com or skype.com

Then click on connect and enjoy your unlimited downloading till your phone catches fire #lol
