four suspected kidnappers were arraigned by Justice of the magistrate court sitting in Iragbiji in Osun state for allegedly killing a four years old boy, Bakare Teslim.
among the many suspects is a 60 years old man Ganiyu Abidoye, Taju Ganiyu (25), Agboola Abdulwasiu (31) and Aremu Moshood 48 had been docked on Monday, October 26 by the Nigeria police.
according to daily post, some of the suspects, Aremu who's a cleric lured the victim with a biscuit to a bush where the boy was beheaded.
It was once learnt that the accused persons kidnapped the boy on the October 9th, at about 6.17pm at Agbelekale area within the state before the deceased was beheaded with a knife.
consistent with the police prosecutor, Inspector Adegoke Taiwo stated that the offences run opposite to and punishable under Sections 516, 364 (2), 324 and 319 (1) of the criminal code, Cap 34, Vol. II, laws of Osun state of Nigeria, 2003.
The accused persons plea would no longer be taken as a result of the capital nature of the offences while their legal professionals, Toye Emitoma and A. Adebisi didn't move for their bail.
The Justice, Idowu Ajao has adjourned the case still December 21, at the same time ordering that the accused folks being remanded in jail.
